Shipping within United States
Most of the orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of placing the order unless the product is back ordered. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Free Shipping Policy:
TopBrandVitamins.com offers free shipping for orders with an order value over $49 within the 48 contiguous states of United States of America.
TopBrandVitamins.com offers the following shipping options at the time of placing the order online depending on the packed weight of the box and shipping zones.
- USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation/ Signature Confirmation
- UPS Ground
- Standard shipment with Delivery Confirmation/ Signature Confirmation
Our “Standard Shipment” can be either USPS first class, California Overnight or any other service that the shipping department considers most effective at the time of shipping the order.
The following are the approximate delivery times for the various shipping methods we use. Please note that these delivery times are applicable once the order is shipped. Most of our orders are processed within 3-4 business days after placing the order.
- 2-7 business days delivery depending on the Zone (please see the chart below)
- Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico excluded
- Orders to FPO, APO and P.O.Boxes are also excluded
USPS Priority Mail
- Arrives within 3-4 business days is the delivery time period.
- Orders to FPO, APO and P.O.Boxes are shipped only via USPS
- Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS
USPS First Class
- Arrives within 5-7business days is the delivery time period.
- ONLY for orders to California, Arizona, Nevada.
- 1 Business day delivery for orders to CA and 2 business days for orders to Arizona and Nevada P.O Boxes excluded

Returns made due to Damaged (in shipping) or defective product(s) or In-correct product(s) shipped:
1) We will send a return label in case of defective or incorrect products shipped.
2) Once we receive the defective shipment, we process and ship out a new order within 2-3 business days.
3) We will also issue a complete refund (product price + shipping cost) in case the customer doesn’t want the replacement items.
4) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 7 business days.
Customer Returns or Refuses any shipments:
1) Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective and Refused Shipments.
2) They must be returned within 30 days.
3) We will not charge any restocking fee.
4) We will not refund the shipping charges.
5) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 7 business days.
6) After 30 days, no returned products will be credited.
