Blue Cohosh (Caulophyllum thalictroides) helps to bring on and regulate menstruation, relieve cramps and muscle spasms, reduce fluid retention and inflammation, destroy and expel intestinal worms, and may be beneficial for rheumatism, dropsy, epilepsy, uterine inflammation, high blood pressure, diabetes, leucorrhea, and for expediting delivery.
Dosage
Take 30 to 40 drops, 3 to 4 times per day.
