Bayberry Bark, Gelatin

Dosage

One to two capsules twice daily with water at mealtimes or prepared as a tea. Maximum use: Take 1 to 4 capsules every hour for 3 to 5 days Reduce use to 2 capsules three times daily for 10 to 14 days following initial use.
