We prepare our Ashwagandha Extract from dry whole root of Withania somnifera plants which are Certified Organically Grown on our own farm without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. To assure optimal extraction of Ashwagandha's bioactive compounds, the root is hand-harvested only in the autumn, is carefully shade-dried to retain its full color and aroma, and is then thoroughly extracted.

Ingredients

Ashwagandha Extract is prepared from
dry whole root of Withania somnifera plants.
Dry herb/ menstruum ratio: 1:4 Certified organic grain alcohol (60-65%).
distilled water & Ashwagandha extractives.

Dosage

Shake well before using. Two or three times per day take 30 to 40 drops in a little water.
